So I'm in Denver, finally, after several hours in the car with multiple dogs. Very exciting. I mean, we'd only been here a few hours and we've already seen a guy that I assumed to be a Geico caveman, then we saw horse-drawn carriages, and somewhere nearby there is probably some men wearing kilts because we heard bagpipes.
Anyway, tomorrow is the Denver Gorilla Run and I am super excited! Running through a city in a gorilla suit will be epic.
Also, our hotel is rather nice. Hotel Monaco, it's called. They allow dogs, and we have a great room. It's probably the fanciest hotel we've ever stayed in while traveling. They even have doormen, offer valet parking, and have expensive candies and treats available. And you know, I'm really hungry. It is very tempting.
But yes, it has been a long day of traveling, and I am tired.
