Well, I'm Still Alive

Yes, that's right! After traveling ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL the way to Lawrence, Kansas, where K-State's rival KU resides, I am back and still alive. And I even wore a K-State shirt, all nice and purple. Megan was a little less obvious, except with her hat, which was more purple than what her shirt had...
But it was fun (except for the frequent u-turns we made trying to navigate the damn place). We went to visit Hazel. Got to see the KU dorms, which aren't a bad set-up. Then went to a thai place for lunch, and it was tasty. Then we walked up and down Mass. street, their equivalent to Poyntz Ave. I bought some Australian licorice (or liquorice, as it's spelled on the package) at a British-themed store. Go figure. Then we found a bookstore and hung out there for about 2 hours. Got a book, a fun card deck, and a gift for Mrs. Engstrom, my photo teacher back at the high school.
Then Megan and I took Hazel back to the dorms, 'cause she wasn't feeling too great, and we went on our way back to Manhattan. Not before almost getting lost, though... Note: Do not head towards Kansas City when desiring to go to Manhattan.

When we got back, we went to the bowling alley and hung out while Megan's sister and others bowled. Then went back to campus and watched a movie out on the inflatable screen in front of Hale library. I Know I'm Not Alone, it was called. Not a bad movie, but it did start to drag on after the first half...

And now I'm back in the dorms, typing this when I should be reading an English assignment or something... I dunno.
